Hosier lane is Melbournes most famous graffiti lane, everyone from Blek le Rat to local graffiti heroes such as Component have their art on display here. The lane with its ever-changing graffiti cover walls and art installations has become a Melbourne tourist attraction. This is a catch 22 for the government and authorities, as they try to curb graffiti whilst still promoting it to the visiting public.
